Caterplan were recommend to the client following works carried out at The Dispensary Kitchen in Winchester. The project was a huge undertaking with extensive interior building works and refurbishment of the building taking place before the fit out could begin. The client’s vision was to create a ‘flexitarian’ restaurant where both vegetarians and meat lovers could dine together and be catered for equally.
The family run business in Kensington, London specialises in wood fired grilled meats, fish & vegetarian cuisine and have over 30 years previous experience in the restaurant industry. Caterplan worked very closely with them to carefully design a functional, free flowing commercial kitchen with the centrepiece being a Robata Flame Grill.
