Base + Barley, Cardiff Restaurant Kitchen

Caterplan transformed the kitchen at Base + Barley on Queen Street, Cardiff from its original ‘Artigiano’ branding.  Base + Barley is a sourdough pizza and craft beer concept and the Cardiff site is the second to open, with the first being in Exeter.  The restaurant refurbishment included a new Ventilation Canopy, Blue Seal commercial cooking equipment, Foster Refrigeration, Sirman Salamander Grill & a Cuppone Tieplo Pizza Oven.
