Chalkney House Care Home

CaterPlan were asked by Sohal Healthcare Ltd to provide them with their new commercial kitchen facility at Chalkney House Care Home, following a submission of a competitive tender and detailed plan.

The main focus of the design was based on functionality and maximising storage space within the kitchen. Once the design and costs were approved CaterPlan delivered a fully operational commercial kitchen on time and within budget.

After having to use a portable kitchen throughout the building refurbishments, all of the staff at Chalkney House were delighted with their new kitchen. The care home manager Angela Donlevy said “Caterplan were very professional from the start. They delivered and installed the kitchen on time, liaising with our builder throughout. Overall a very good service”
