Compton Restaurant, Clerkenwell

Compton restaurant is a stylish easy dining bistro and bar overlooking St. Johns Square in Clerkenwell, serving up mouth-watering food and cocktails.
Following recommendation to the client, Caterplan were appointed to design and install the commercial kitchen and bar equipment, collaborating with the main contractor to deliver the project on time.
The main kitchen included cooking, preparation, and a wash up area in the back of house, and open plan cooking area with a robata grill for added theatre for the front of house.
