Farnham Memorial Hall, Community Hall Kitchen Refurbishment

As part of a refurbishment & extension project costing over £3 million, Caterplan were instructed by Waverley Borough Council to design, supply & install a new commercial kitchen and cafe servery for Farnham Memorial Hall.
The revamped hall provides a new, long awaited home for Brightwells Gostrey Centre who provide daily activities for older people and Waverley Training Services.  Waverley’s ‘Meals on Wheels’ service has also benefitted from the new facilities and now prepare fresh, hot meals for vulnerable older residents in the Farnham area from the new commercial kitchen.
Caterplan installed a new ventilation canopy before kitting out the new kitchen with a Rational Combi, Foster & Interlevin refrigeration, Hobart pass-through dishwasher and bespoke stainless steel work tables & sink units.  Some of the clients existing catering equipment was re-instated along with the new equipment.
