Food By Dish Events Caterers Kitchen Installation, Battersea

Having previously delivered projects for The Eventist Group at Tobacco Docks, Caterplan were delighted at being appointed to create a CPU kitchen at Food by Dish’s new premises in Battersea, London.

From design to completion, our scope of works included a complete mechanical and electrical fit out, ventilation system and catering equipment to suit a busy, high throughput production kitchen. Despite some timescale challenges and balancing the catering equipment to suit the available site services, the project was a great success and handed over on time.
