Latimer AP Academy, London School Commercial Kitchen Design & Installation

Caterplan designed, supplied and installed a new commercial kitchen at Latimer Alternative Provision Academy.  The school, which is based in London, is part of the TBAP Multi-Academy Trust who support learners who have been excluded from mainstream education.

Caterplan’s remit included a new ventilation system, Ansul fire suppression system, bespoke stainless steel work benches, shelves and sink units and new commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration and pass-through dishwasher.

Caterplan was appointed by and worked with the main contractor to deliver and handover the kitchen on time within a tight time frame.
