Lee Abbey, Student Accommodation Kitchen, London

Lee Abbey is situated in a quiet & exclusive residential part of Kensington, near Holland Park and Kensington Gardens.  They are a registered charity and have been providing accommodation to students in London for 50 years.  Caterplan completely transformed their commercial kitchen.  All the existing kitchen equipment was stripped out before installing a brand new extraction system, heavy duty vinyl safety flooring and wall cladding to the kitchen & pot wash area.  To keep within budget some of the original commercial catering equipment was re-installed along with a brand new Rational Self Cooking Centre and Falcon Boiling Top & Fryer which were supplied by Caterplan.
