Pali Kitchen, Bow Lane, London Commercial Kitchen

Caterplan were appointed by Anu Kathuria, the owner of Pali Kitchen, to design, supply and install a commercial kitchen at their first restaurant on London’s Bow Lane.  Pali Kitchen is a new ‘grab-and-go’ concept serving Indian food with a modern twist. 

Caterplan installed the front of house counters as well as the back of house service kitchen which included bespoke stainless steel fabrication, commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment and a walk-in chiller room.
