Peggy Dodd Centre, Combe Down, Bath Care Home Commercial Kitchen

Originally set up by Mrs Peggy Dodd, who discovered a lack of available support whilst she was nursing her husband, The Peggy Dodd Centre has been around for over twenty years and provides support for those who care for sufferers of memory loss.  

The centre wanted to create a commercial kitchen to enable them to make freshly prepared meals on site rather than outsourcing so they ran an appeal to raise the funds to enable them to do just that.

A ground floor extension was built to give them the necessary space and then Caterplan designed, supplied & installed a fully functioning commercial kitchen including Altro Whiterock and Vinyl flooring, extraction & gas interlock system, bespoke stainless steel work benches, sinks & shelves as well as commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment.
