The Dispensary Kitchen, Winchester Bistro Kitchen

The Dispensary Kitchen is situated in a historic, Grade II listed building in the shadow of Winchester Cathedral.  The ground floor & basement of the building were renovated to form the new bistro.  Caterplan worked closely with the client to design a functional commercial kitchen within a small and challenging space.  Despite unavoidable space constraints, we were able to implement a design solution which incorporated the client’s catering equipment ‘wish list’, capable of servicing a bustling bistro.
