The Monastery of the holy trinity in Crawley Down – Monastery Kitchen Refurbishment

Caterplan carried out a complete turn-key commercial kitchen refurb at the Monastery of the Holy Trinity in Crawley Down, West Sussex. The monastery, which includes both men and women living under the same monastic rule, belongs to the order of the Community of the Servants of the Will of God (CSWG), an Anglican order based on the Benedictine Rule.

Caterplan carried out all M&E, installed a new bespoke ventilation system and fitted Altro Whiterock Wall Cladding to the kitchen & store room, Altro Vinyl Flooring and a suspended ceiling. The commercial kitchen was finished off with bespoke stainless steel wall & floor cupboards, sink units & shelves, commercial refrigeration, cooking equipment and under-counter dishwasher.
