The Scented Botanist, Cafe & Patisserie Commercial Kitchen Design & Installation

Parterre Fragrances, Keyneston Mill, set in the beautiful Dorset countryside, is home to the largest private botanic gardens in the country.  As part of an extensive investment in the site, Caterplan designed and installed an open plan café kitchen and patisserie – ‘The Scented Botanist’.  The commercial kitchen includes a back of house preparation & wash-up area obscured from customer view with the cooking area and patisserie counter being the main focal point and theatre.  The client opted for induction hobs and a Rational Self Cooking Centre giving them great versatility within a small footprint.
