Walter & Monty, Bury Court, London Restaurant Kitchen Design & Installation

Walter and Monty was once a pop up restaurant at Night Tales, East London’s premium street food market.  They have now put down permanent roots in the heart of the City right next door to the Gherkin.  Caterplan designed, supplied and installed their new commercial kitchen and Altro Vinyl Safety Flooring.  Their new commercial catering equipment included a Rational Combi, Blue Seal Fryer, Foster Refrigeration & Classeq Dishwasher.  Caterplan also installed a Clay Oven Robata Grill which can be seen at the centre of the Front of House cooking area.
