West Dean College Kitchen

As a local Rational distributor, Caterplan were asked by Jo Dempsey (Catering Manager) at West Dean College, to supply a new self cooking center banqueting suite for their busy canteen.  Our engineers worked until late into the evening to ensure that the ovens were operational for the next morning without any disruption to the busy kitchen. The client had the following comments following completion of the installation:
