Zafferano Catering London Kitchen Design
Having previously worked for Eventist Group on other projects, Caterplan were appointed by Zafferano to design and build a 260 square metre kitchen in their Events Catering Business in Wood Green, London.
The new kitchen space was a bare shell within a warehouse unit, so the kitchen needed constructing from scratch. As part of a nine-week programme, we formed the new kitchen space with partition walls and a suspended steel grid to form the ceiling.
Once we had finished installing mechanical and electrical services and walk in chiller & freezer rooms, the kitchen was finished with usual hygienic white rock wall cladding and vinyl safety flooring. Finally, we installed a mixture of existing client equipment and new catering equipment.
The project was completed on time and within the agreed budget.
